Absolutely unforgettable weekend at Columbia Woodlands! The staff went above and beyond with incredible customer service and attention to detail. From canoeing and fishing to hiking the well maintained trails to relaxing massages at the spa, every part of our stay was perfect. The Dreamcatcher cottage was phenomenal—beautiful, luxurious, comfortable, and surrounded by nature on the balcony and wrap around porch. Having a golf cart included made it so fun and easy to explore the property and see all of the beautiful wildlife. Highly recommend a long weekend (or more!) stay for any special occasion or just to escape and reconnect with nature. It’s an experience you won’t forget—pure peace, adventure, and indulgence all in one. We’ll be back very soon!

We had the most magical weekend. We were in awe from the start. The welcome walking into the cabin with our favorite music playing, the food, the thoughtful drinks and snacks while fishing and most of all the staff’s kindness. We are busy people with work, sports and school so a slow weekend away reconnecting was just what we were looking for. The kids had a blast fishing . We loved our hike to ceremony hill with a picnic lunch. The bonfires with s’mores were amazing and we absolutely loved dinner at spring house and the ice cream bar was the cherry on top. The farm to table food was some of the best we ever had. I was blown away by how clean everything was and truly have never experienced customer service like this before. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and we felt lucky to spend the weekend here. We cannot wait to come back.

Sitting on the gorgeous expanse of Columbia Woodlands is the aptly named Lakeside Cottage. My family and I pulled in off the gravel road and saw our weekend cottage standing stark in front of the setting sun, appearing like it was set for a hallmark movie. My children ran in with wild, excited hearts in disbelief that we were staying at this incredibly nice cabin for the weekend. My husband and I followed them in and a gorgeous (and delicious) charcuterie board along with a bottle of wine and a welcome note caught my eye. My husband brought all of our things in as quickly as he could so that he could rush over to the complimentary golf cart and take the kids for a spin around the compound. The trajectory of our weekend only remained in an upward motion as every single detail of the cottage and compound were perfectly set and maintained to ensure our stay was amazing. On Saturday, after our breakfast was delivered, we decided to drive the golf cart around and explore the expansive compound. Throughout the grounds there are multiple areas where you can stop and make a fire. These areas are stocked with ample firewood as well as fire starting supplies. With it being the first weekend of November, we took advantage of a few of these fire pits. That afternoon concierge sent me a text that they had complementary wine on the fishing dock and my husband and I couldn’t drive over quickly enough. At the fishing dock there are, of course, ample fishing supplies provided as well as canoes and paddle boards for extra activities. Columbia Woodlands is indeed a luxury cabin experience and it is worth every penny. The four of us were sad to have to leave on Sunday morning because every thing had been so incredible. Thank you CW staff for creating a beautiful place and providing us with a wonderful experience.

Me and my fiance stayed here 11/4-11/6 and it was an absolutely perfect weekend. The property is beautiful and the staff was amazing. We stayed in one of the glamping tents and we had the entire tent camp to ourselves making it very nice. Having the golf cart to explore the 400 acres definitely made the experience better. Also, there were so many deer and other animals on the property. It was a truly relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Columbia Woodlands. Our cabin was clean and cozy and well stocked with everything we might need. Including multiple special treats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Superior service. The area is just beautiful and we enjoyed several tours around on the golf cart provided. We also loved the many scenic hiking trails through the woods. The view from ceremony hill is just beautiful. Plenty of wildlife to see also. We even had several turkeys strut in front of our cabin. There were many places on the property to sit and relax and enjoy a campfire that was ready to light. We also enjoyed paddling around the pond in the canoe provided. The food ( which was delivered wherever we wanted) was Delicious!! Awesome place to visit.

We had a wonderful time during our visit. The property is huge and has many beautiful views and tons of wildlife. The cabin was clean and had many nice little details. Complimentary sangria and wine were perfect to enjoy on top of ceremony hill. The guest service girls were amazing and thoughtful and getting food delivered to you anywhere on property is a great option. However I do think the food and drinks are overpriced especially when they don’t want you to bring in your alcohol. Which they don’t check for just fyi . All in all we enjoyed our time and will be back.

We stayed in the Dreamcatcher Cottage for a 3 night weekend in September. We had previously stayed in the same cottage two years ago and had fond memories of it. This time was just as amazing as the last time. You cannot beat the Dreamcatcher and that amazing wrap around porch/deck. Love the new furniture as well. My parents came out for a one night visit and my Mom said it's the nicest place she's ever stayed. Riding around the property on the golf cart is so fun. It amazes me what they have done with this place. We also enjoyed many hikes, the hottub, having fires, relaxing on the dock, and having dinners and lunches delivered right to our door. Columbia Woodlands is top notch when it comes to relaxation. We also took the 20 minute drive to Sugarcreek and had fun going to shops and lunch. Special shout out to Alina, she is a star employee and so courteous! Columbia Woodlands has a special place in my heart and I hope I can come back again one day!! Thank you so much.

BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! My family has been staying at this outdoor resort for a few years now. This Christmas, we stayed in the Rock Path Cabin. This is a MUST stay for any family looking to get a little break. Kids and adults had the best time! Everything we needed was right there! We had a blast golf carting around the property, sitting by the fire, resting in the hot tub, fishing!!, walking the beautiful trails, and just enjoying our time together. The staff went above and beyond to make this trip extra special! Very accommodating! And it's secluded enough, we felt like the only ones on the property! It was an amazing Christmas vacation. We have stayed in the Lakeside cabin, rising sun cabin, and the Dream Catcher. Every single one is absolutely stunning! We did check out the new Magnolia, which is like a couple's retreat with the most beautiful bathroom overlooking the wooded area! It doesn't't even feel like you're in Ohio! Columbia Woodlands is a must!
